He graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia in 1990 with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. David completed his undergraduate degree at Baptist University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1985. He was a four year starter in baseball and football while attending BU.

As a professional therapist, David has been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 1995. David has been a Trauma and Loss Therapist since 2000. He was the Coordinator of Crisis Counseling and Prevention for Conroe Independent School District from 1992-2006. David has been a licensed Minister since 1990.

David’s orientation as a therapist is Cognitive-Behavioral. He assists clients with understanding how their thoughts transfer into behaviors. Behaviors are the result of our thoughts regarding ourselves and others. David works with clients who need assistance with addiction, adoption issues, anxiety, attention deficit, bipolar depression, grief and loss, marriage, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic attacks, sexual abuse, and step-family issues.
