Sara Addison is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse whom is board certified as a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with limited prescriptive authority. She works in collaboration with your physician to provide diagnostic evaluations and initiate treatment plans including medication management. Ms. Rutkowski graduated from The University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and received her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas- Arlington. She has an extensive background as a Registered Nurse in Oncology, particularly Stem Cell Transplant with both pediatric and adult populations. She is also board certified as an Oncology Certified Nurse.

Sara assists Dr. Lucas with patients.
